iCASE SDGs & WASH CAMPAIGN' 2023
In January 2023, we concluded our SDGs and Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) campaign across five underserved schools and one community in Osun State.
The beneficiary schools and community include;
• Christ Africa Church Grammar School in Osogbo
• Ansarudeen Grammar School in Iwo
• Ede High School in Ede
• Oba Agunlejika Grammar School in Ilesa
• St. Stephens Grammar School in Modakeke
• Isale-Afo Community in Ikirun
We improved access to water, sanitation, and hygiene in these areas by donating handwashing facilities and other sanitation materials to each of the five schools.
In the same vein, we lectured the teeming population of students on the need to practice good hygiene, as well as training them on the World Health Organisation’s standard for proper handwashing.
In Isale-Afo community in Ikirun, hundreds of persons regained access to portable water after we repaired a public borehole facility which was faulty for about four years.
